Embroidery Coverage
Choose how much of the patch is stitched. Fully embroidered gives a rich, all-thread look; a twill background leaves the fabric visible for a lighter, more economical patch — both use the same detailed embroidery for your design.

Border Styles
Every patch is finished with a clean, durable edge. A merrowed (ravel-proof) border wraps the edge in thread for a classic raised look; a laser-cut (also called hot-cut) border gives a thin, precise edge that follows any custom shape.
